Cancel Cable & Get AT&T TV

We have had ATT TV service put in for one week now. An equivalent deal through Comcast would be almost double what I am paying AT-T’s Television service. I greatly appreciate U-Verse providing a realistic complete bundle that keeps from nailing people with a bunch of unncecessary charges. 3 receivers (1 with DVR capabilities) are added in the price.

HD embedded for complimentary for one year – only $10 per year after the promotional period ends… not poor since ATT TV (U-Verse) offers at least twice the number of HD channels than others.

Station changing is relatively instant. Almost as rapid as analog cable. On Demand (Pay-per-view) content is fine but not as close as the selection provided by other providers. I had company the night after installment – they wanted to view MMA
Boxing, but U-Verse didn’t have it. When I called, the agent I spoke with had accepted many similar calls.

Equipment mostly works as promoted. Right now, there are only 4 TV streams ready in the closest marketplace. I have only run out of streams once – even after transposing all 42 of my series recordings from my Comcast box! (You can access some of your DVR’s settings from your personalized U-Verse AT&T website – sweet feature). I do not have high def, thus no need. Viewing an HD station takes up 2 streams – the leftover streams can only be used for standard definition networks. It seems, a upping in the amount of TV streams set to occur at the end of the fall. In addition, AT&T will be bringing the capability to see DVR tapings from any box.
